What we aspire for is the eco-friendly chemical technology.
We are under an operating agreement with a visitor, perform contracted research, development and manufacture of new materials.

One-Stop Support from Prototyping to Mass Production, and Process Development Capabilities with Scalability in Mind
Our company operates two locations with facilities capable of handling everything from gram-scale prototyping to mass production up to 20 tons, enabling one-stop contract production from prototyping to large-scale manufacturing. The Saitama plant handles small-scale prototyping up to a maximum of 4 tons. At the Ibaraki plant, with its large-scale production facilities capable of up to 20 tons, the fourth synthesis building, which began operations in 2022, also accommodates small-scale production.
Our particular strength lies in our technical capability to conduct process development for mass production, starting from literature-based methods or laboratory-scale methods. In recent years, it has become increasingly difficult across many fields, including pharmaceuticals and electronic materials, to change manufacturing processes after scale-up. Moreover, even a yield difference of 1% can have a significant impact on production costs in mass production. From the initial stages, we anticipate challenges in mass production and focus on process development to achieve at least a 1% yield. By constructing processes that deliver high yields and high purity, we contribute to our clients' ability to balance rapid development speed with competitive costs.
Raw Material Procurement Capabilities and Advanced Quality Assurance Systems
Leveraging the domestic and international chemical information network we have cultivated over many years as a reagent manufacturer, we offer comprehensive contract support, including raw material sourcing. We also flexibly respond to initial development speed requirements via prompt raw material arrangements.
In terms of quality control, we utilize advanced analytical equipment such as NMR, ICP-MS, and GC-MS to establish a multifaceted quality assurance system. Our company-wide Quality Assurance Department (QA) collaborates with Quality Control divisions (QC) at each plant, ensuring strict quality management based on the certified frameworks of ISO9001 (certified in 1998) and ISO14001 (certified in 2002). We also maintain highly controlled areas capable of meeting the stringent quality requirements of high-value-added products such as electronic materials, cosmetic raw materials, and functional materials, addressing diverse specifications and applications.
Independent Business Structure and Strict Confidentiality Protection Systems
As an independent enterprise with no capital ties to major chemical or pharmaceutical corporations, we strictly protect our clients’ confidential information and intellectual property. Our framework allows you to entrust us with your needs without concerns about competitive relationships.
Moreover, as a reagent manufacturer, we develop new reagents in-house and have accumulated comprehensive know-how spanning process development, scale-up, and quality management. We flexibly handle both spot production and continuous production while adapting to the changes in development stages. With extensive synthesis experience in areas such as pharmaceutical intermediates, various electronic materials, and functional materials, we partner with our customers in research and development to contribute to creating technical advancements and value.
